YPMO was a sub-consultant to Sunland Asphalt on their WSD Citywide Concrete and Pavement Restoration contract. This project provided pavement and concrete restoration after the city had previously cut into the street for utility services or repairs. The patchwork included a seal coat treatment or a mill and overlay of the impacted roadway. Some curbs were also repaired.

YPMO’s PI services included preparing construction door hangers to notify the public of the upcoming concrete and pavement restoration in their area. The door hangers were developed in English and Spanish, printed, and then given to the contractor for distribution. A project hotline was also set up and maintained to answer questions from the impacted residents.
