OUR STORY

Your Project Marketing and Outreach, founded in 2009 by Anne Thompson, specializes in public information and outreach services for municipal infrastructure improvement projects. YPMO holds a remarkable breadth of skills honed over 15 years of collaboration with wide variety of Arizona’s cities, consultants, and contractors. With an extensive track record of performing PIO services on hundreds of projects, they have consistently contributed to the successful execution of projects benefiting the communities they serve. Leveraging their profound local knowledge and wealth of experience, the YPMO team consistently achieves success through its strategic communications.

OUR TEAM

Ms. Anne Thompson has 30 years of professional marketing services and public information/outreach experience on various federal, state, municipal, and grassroot projects relating to environmental remediation, engineering, urban planning, land development, transportation, and water/wastewater infrastructure. Anne’s experience includes coordinating with project teams to manage the communication of technical design and construction-related information to the business community and public. She has planned and managed hundred of projects, including preparing public involvement plans, stakeholder outreach, and construction notice notification.

Ms. Clements has more than ten years experience assisting consultants with business related activities. She has assisted PIO Project Managers producing construction notifications, researching and developing stakeholders lists. She enjoys the challenges of research to find property owner contact information.

JAIMIE CLEMENTS

PIO PROJECT MANAGER

Ms. Slabbekoorn has seven years of experience in public relations strategy, community organizing, marketing, and videography. Trinity supports several City of Phoenix Water Services infrastructure improvement projects with more than 100 construction locations throughout Phoenix. Trinity takes pride in being a liaison to the public and is an integral part in developing YPMO’s website, videos, and other marketing materials.

TRINITY SLABBEKOORN

COMMUNICATIONS SPECIALIST

Ms. Hall has 2 years experience coordinating communication efforts. She supports seven City of Phoenix Water Services infrastructure improvement projects with more than 100 construction locations throughout Phoenix. She has planned and coordinated several public open house meetings and offers our team a fresh perspective, having quickly learned industry software to support our work, including various CMS and design practices.

Ms. Clements has more than 6 years experience assisting consultants with business related activities. Mr. Misner is a recent ASU graduate and brings a fresh perspective to his graphic design and communications work. He enjoys creating project maps that are both aesthetically pleasing and easy for the public to understand.

Mr. Tickle has over 35 years of graphic design experience and quickly provides design for transportation-related graphics and project branding for our projects. He has designed communications materials for hundreds of projects for the cities of Phoenix, Scottsdale, Tempe, Prescott, Sedona, and Flagstaff, as well as the Arizona Department of Transportation.

MICHAEL TICKLE

GRAPHIC DESIGNER

Ms. Ritter is a recent graduate and has experience writing for newspapers. She will analyze and target communities, stakeholders, and area organizations (HOAs, Village Planning Districts, Council Districts) for distribution of project related public information. Her years of experience using InDesign to layout and organize information will assist with quick turn-around on communication materials.

Mr. Tickle has 35 years graphic design experience and quickly provides design for transportation-related graphics and project branding or our projects. He has designed communications materials for hundreds of projects for the cities of Phoenix, Scottsdale, Tempe, Prescott, Sedona, and Flagstaff, as well as the Arizona Department of Transportation.
