The City of Peoria selected YPMO to provide public information and outreach to the Rock Springs community in May 2020.

Anticipating a potential increase in water pressure in the Rock Springs neighborhood due to other ongoing improvements in the area, the city wanted to educate homeowners about pressure reducing valves (PRV) and encourage homeowners to have one installed at the service connection to the home. The city offered a $250 credit on their water bill for the installation of a PRV.

YPMO prepared a postcard mailer which educated residents on the purpose of a Pressure Reducing Valve (PRV). The postcard provided a link via a QR code to the City’s website to view project information and download the Pressure Reducing Valve Rebate Program form.
