PROJECT OVERVIEW
YPMO is on the City of Phoenix on-call list for public outreach, and this was part of a year-long street repair project. As part of the City’s Transportation 2050 Plan approved by voters, the Crack and Seal Program’s purpose is to prevent cracks in the road from becoming larger or continuing inward or downward, preserving the roadbed foundation. This temporary process holds the road together until a more extensive street maintenance treatment is needed. This minimally invasive street maintenance construction is generally undertaken in square mile areas that can impact both residences and businesses.
