YPMO was retained by JPCI Services to provide PIO services for the City of Phoenix Water Services Department 51st Avenue and Broadway Road SAI Siphon Structure. The siphon inlet structure and manholes were evaluated and recommended for rehabilitation to maintain proper operation of the City’s sanitary sewer system. Construction began in June and concluded in September 2019. The team coordinated with a property owner for site access and equipment staging for the large footprint in which the sewer bypass pumps and pipes required.
