PUBLIC INFORMATION OUTREACH PLANNING AND SCHEDULING
YPMO prepares Public Information and Outreach plans describing the scope of work and the level of effort necessary for community engagement for an individual project or larger master plan.
Prepare PIO Plan
The team will develop a PIO plan in the pre-construction phase and will ensure it’s finalized prior to construction.
Community Engagement
YPMO surveys the area, understands any area constraints, and communicates with stakeholders and the community to educate them regarding the project.
Scope of Work Review
After developing the PIO plan, the team gains an understanding of what action needs to be taken in order for a project to be completed successfully without community frustrations or concerns.
