YPMO was selected by the City of Peoria to provide PIO services for the Arrowhead Shores Site Rehabilitation project. The team facilitated a public open house at the Rio Vista Recreation Center for the Desert Harbor Community to learn about the upcoming Arrowhead Shores Site Rehabilitation.

Improvements to the site included the removal of one of the two water tanks, and the rehabilitation of the booster pump station and disinfection system. Site security, communication, and monitoring equipment was also updated to allow for a more efficient, safe, and cost-effective operation.

Multiple channels of communication and information were available to the public including a live 24-hour hotline, an email address, a project website, and a stationary construction sign at the tank site with project information.
