YPMO was selected to provide PIO Services during construction for the PVC-lined Sewer & Manhole Rehabilitation Program by Dibble Engineering, the project design engineer and construction oversight manager.

YPMO prepared a PI Plan and participated in bi-weekly construction meetings. The team designed, printed, and distributed project construction notices, and managed a project information hotline. Coordination with schools, businesses, and residents on any access issues or project-related questions were handle by the team. Throughout the project YPMO coordinated closely with City management, City Council, and Village Planning Committees.
